personally i think liverpool would be a great choice for klopp: a club with history. a club with real fans. not quite top tier but lots of potential...

i also think it'd be much more of a klopp style club to manage. more than real madrid or (what some ppl seem to favour) the german national team...
imo klopp is strongest when he has a bunch of talented players he can develop - hungry, young and eager to learn but also suffer.

signing him for a team with just top players like real madrid, where the focus would be much more on keeping all of them (and the president) happy would be a waste of his talent imo.
maybe he'd do a good job, i don't know but it is a risk, both for him and the club.

that being said, while i do think he'd be great for liverpool i would not expect him to challenge for the league (or champions league) title right away. he'd definitely improve the team but there is only so much you can do against the money (and quality) of the really big boys...
what seems to be a little more realistic would be a domestic cup title or maybe europa league...

i share that opinion even tho i could imagine klopp wants a team where he can keep his best players and not need to sell them like it happened with gotze and lewa

All I have been hearing about is Klopp. Evidently he told friends he wants to manage liverpool. Does anyone know of this or think it has any weight to it? Imo it's klopp or ancelotti otherwise we keep brenTan. I would be tickled pink if he did come to lfc. Would be a great manager and also could attract top quality talent once again for us, something we haven't been able to do for a few years.

ancelotti is wanted by berlusconi at milan, willing to lure him with a 120 mio euros budget.
