Schalke defender Rafinha has welcomed the opportunity of joining Juventus amid reports the Bianconeri are ready to set a transfer in motion.
The Brazilian had already been tipped to join the club back in August, but the move never took flight. Tuttosport claims contacts between Alessio Secco and Rafinha have never been broken since their connection in the summer, and the Old Lady is ready to take another shot at landing him.
It's no secret Ciro Ferrara is looking for a defender this winter, and the stopper has now uncovered plans to leave the Bundesliga club, hinting that Juve would be a dream move.
"I want to change club as soon as possible," Rafinha is quoted as saying in the Turin-based paper.
"I really want to try out a new experience and test myself in a new league. Juventus and Real Madrid are both great teams."
Despite the reports of interest, Juventus are likely to reconsider a move as the German side are hoping to make €12 million from a possible sale. The Bianconeri have already made it clear that they will not be looking to spend big money this winter.
