Good, maybe I can catch some matches with friends again. I've wanted to go a couple of times this year but always the last minute cancellations you know how these things go with friends you don't see that often.

Yeah

Also the ticket sale for the match where they will become champions was pure chaos

There was a line of around 500 people, and they allowed SIXTEEN tickets to be sold per person, conclusion: almost everyone who waited got fuck all since the first 100 bought everything out

On another note, Antwerp FC are most likely goig to become champions in the Belgian second division, so they will get promoted.

It's great since Antwerp didn't have a club in the first division after Beerschot got relegated+bankrupt. A city like Antwerp should get atleast one club in the highest division.

The great old is coming back!

Nice. Antwerp achieved one of the most spectacular comebacks in UEFA competition history, scoring the 3 goals they needed to win and proceed in injury time after conceding the 1-3 in the 89th minute, so I respect them for that :D

No doubt people will try and sell them for double the price. I cannot blame them too much though, what a stupid thing to do, 16 tickets a person.

Wouldn't call Valencia a small club, bus since there's no thread to post this... just wanted to comment on Alcácer. The guy threw away many chances for Valencia in Camp Nou, and now he scores a hattrick in the first half... seriosuly, this guy is so unpredictable; he's either shit or amazing. For la Roja's sake, I wish he gained some consistency because on his good day he has everyting a top striker needs...

I've noticed that too, still there are better options available imo..

Aduriz, Morata, even Torres,..

Yeah, but unlike Torres and Aduriz, Alcácer is young and is one of the players that coud potentially become the leader of the attack line of the new generation of the spanish national team.

Morata, Alcácer and Borja Bastón are the 3 most promising strikers we have right now. Hopefully one of them someday becomes the world class striker we will need; Morata obviously has a head start, but personally I have very high hopes in Borja Bastón. I wonder what Atlético will do with him next year... they can either loan him out again so he keeps getting getting lots of playtime, or have him as a backup and let Cholo help him develop like he has been doing with other promising yougsters.
