oh i absolutely agree, it is a joke tournament - but my point was that you still need to win something to qualify - something none of your 17 favourite football nations managed.
also, i'm pretty sure at least chile, mexico, russia, and portugal treat this as a serious tournament with a lot of national pride on the line...

hmmm... that looked damn fucking close. to be fair, i also thought it was VERY slightly offside, but i would not have dared to raise the flag, let alone disallow the goal just based on the camera angle they presented...

but one thing is for sure, if this continues the video ref will not a future, do these guys even have a strict set of criteria to overturn decisions like in american football? i guess they dont
