What other central midfielder would you consider other than Fábregas or Sergi Roberto? There's Gabi, but imo he's kind of past it. Anyone else wouldn't have too much experience at the highest level. I probably wouldn't call either.

About the RB, it doesn't worry me too much. You could make a case for Azpi, Juanfran, Carvajal, Coke, Mario and Bellerín; they'd all do well. You can even have Sergi Roberto playing as a RB lol, it's literally the most irrelevant of Spain's problems.

Roberto is far better at rb position than central mid. He left Busquets exposed so many times i simply can't dig this guy. King of short 2-3m passes. Too afraid to make a mistake to impose his game. IF he's called up this is the Joke of the year and if he starts regularly its gonna be REEP For spain pretty quickly.

Id rather have anyone, literally, than sergi roberto in that midfield. Isco - in spite of his somwhat meh form- for an attacking/playmaking option - id go as far as to regive him the Malaga role in the 1st team. Or camacho for a defensive option.

----------Morata-----------
Isco------------------Pedro
-------Andres---Thiago---
----------Sergio---------
Alba--Pique--Ramos----Juanfran/Aleix
--------De Gea---------------

I would start aleix over juanfran for his offensive abilities.

Bellerin>

B)

Shit both offensively and especially defensively. Should not even make the B squad.

He misses too many chances though. I think he has potential to be great, but I'm not fully convinced yet. Looking at Aduriz's form (who scored against Italy yesterday btw to slam Del Bosque B) ), it's pretty clear to me who should be our starting number 9 B)

Suarez misses shitloads of chances too. Does that make him a shit striker. Most of the chances Morata misses are self-made which take Mandzukic, for instance, simply cannot create.

Aduriz is in good form, still 35, dont know if the stamina allows a full game.

Personal squad of 23:

GK: Neuer, ter Stegen, Trapp

DEF: Durm, Ginter, Boateng, Hummels, Mustafi, Höwedes, Schmelzer, Hector

MID: Götze, Khedira, Kroos, Gündogan, Özil, Weigl, Reus, Bellarabi, Kramer, Draxler

ATK: Müller, Gomez

Personal starters:

Neuer
Durm - Boateng - Hummels - Schmelzer
Weigl
Özil - Kroos - Gündogan - Reus
Müller

Löw's 23 will most likely not include Schmelzer, Durm or Weigl from Dortmund. He'll go with Antonio Rüdiger, Emre Can and probably even one of Rudy/Volland/Kimmich.
He'll also leave out one of Trapp/ter Stegen in favor of Zieler.
If Schwenisteiger's injury has healed by then, he'll take the spot of Volland/Rudy/Kimmich. Since I do not consider any of them ready to play for the national team yet, might as well be Schweini. Otherwise I'd hope for his injury to take him out over the summer, even though he's done so much for Germany...

schweini will be in the squad, even if he cant really play ^^

Neuer
Durm - Boateng - Hummels - Schmelzer
Gündogan - Khedira
Müller - Kroos/Özil - Reus
Gomez/Volland/Götze

thats mine, never gonna happen though just like yours ^^

ridiculous squad selection, not including the dortmund guys, kimmich etc....

weiser from hertha is also an option

I love Aleix, but since he hasn't played all that much this season I think there are better options right now.

Camacho wouldn't be a bad choice at all.

In the end, Löw will probably start like this in group games:

Neuer
Rüdiger - Boateng - Hummels - Hector
Khedira - Kroos
Müller - Özil - Reus
Gomez

Depending on the opponent, Schweinsteiger will most likely replace Gomez or Reus in KO games then:

Neuer
Rüdiger - Boateng - Hummels - Hector
Khedira - Schweinsteiger
Özil/Müller - Kroos - Reus/Özil
Müller/Gomez

Kroos fullfilled the attacking midfielder role better than the deep lying playmaker he has at madrid more than once.

I meant that him chosing Kroos or Özil in his XI was something I wasn't expecting :D

Silva has 4 times the chances Mata created in Premier League this season.
Herrera i dont even, not starting games in a midfielder that contains THE FUKIN TREE, grandfather Carrick an injured schweini and a destryoer in shcreliderlin

Kroos' passing abilities allow him to make excellent deep lying playmaker as well. But he basically has the same problem in the national team and in Madrid:

Neither Modric nor Khedira are actual CDMs to back him up and support him / free him of some of his defensive tasks. He'd need a player like that next to him to really shine, like one of the Bender twins, Kramer, etc.
