I don't count Chelsea 2012 Champions League in BPL's favour, because they were exceptionally lucky and doesn't reflect on our league's strength. Same logic with Inter and Serie A.

but yes sometimes all goes downhill and then is the right time to invest and put some effort in. then you will have hughe benefits. thats whats happens in italy now, for example
