Chelsea should be included in those teams my friend. And if you look at city +arsenal+Liverpool they have been losing to lower teams in the prem. so it's not to big of a surprise they lose in CL

5. That's what I'm saying, No one thats reputable here will claim the best teams in the world are in England. For me, 1. Madrid. 2. Bayern. 3. Barcelona. 4-10 is where the English Clubs could fall.
