Due to some copyright or some restrictions the game can't show all the real faces of players in the game or real club logos. You can however download and install packs with those images if you want.

When you view your Home screen in your save, either your profile or your club page. You can click on the word "Home" up top and turn it into a search filter similar to an internet browser.

click scouting on the left and then on the top click on criterias that u want on your player
