Why did I have kos on the bench

I swapped kos out for ashley williams yesterday...

i wonder how much this first week will put me behind
E/ how does it work with subbing? For example if I have jones out on my starting 11 can I sub him off and put on Cahill?

I think you can't sub in EPL fantasy, however you players subbed automatically if they don't play.
