We can all agree that barcelona is on a different level than the rest of the teams in the world. Having said that, it is obvious also that the Premier League is the toughest league(not counting champions league...) because it has better teams overall than the other leagues a lot of those La Liga teams would be fightning to not be relegated if they were playing the premier league...
