imho RM can play 4-3-3 with 2 defense midfielders one very offensive and 3 forwards 1 as a central 2nd is Ronaldo which loves to be everywhere and challenge every1 3rd could be Benzema/Higuain

no they can't because they buy 8 huge names over the summer, there's pressure from above telling him to give the stars equal play time and not waste their money, also there have been barely 3 months and you've played like 2 strong, 1 semi strong team rest garbage. that being said, I don't know if pelligrini is good but some madrid fans are clearly as unreasonable as madrid's board

Seems like a bunch of warm weather fans if you ask me.
This is a completely new look madrid from coach to players, starts off good enough but of course you might drop off.
Fire the coach? Who is available to replace him?

Pressure is a bitch when you spend so much. The Spanish media goes berserk. Its illogical to fire Pellegrini so fast, but this is Perez we are talking about.

Yeah, but if you fire the coach, it REALLY makes it seem as the money was wasted, you would be throwing this season away when there is still many league games to play, and Madrid is still in great shape to do well in the CL.

Try making the Spanish media/rabid fans understand that logic. Their head would explode.

I am personally not in panic mode yet (Too early to judge), but I haven't seen any improvement at all this past few months. Here is hoping for the team to start shaping up soon.

I'm sure perez wants to see benzema, ronaldo, xabi, higuain at every game for the full 90, and maybe fit raul in there for 45 if possible, this is guy who called makelele average, I doubt he had anything to do with lass or marcelo which are good buys. basically perez calls the shots and fires coaches who can't work with his unreasonable demands.

Well, we are fucked. Pellegrini has to force some changes ( Formation, strategies, etc) , hopefully he is allowed. Or do you have any great coach in mind ready to take reins?

Oh shit, El Clasico, going to take some masive balls, plus Ronaldo magic. Here is hoping their aiming is way off.
