What are these commentators going on about?

Aguero stopped because he saw that linesman didnt move, so even though he didnt put his flag up yet, he was obviously about to and the commentators talked about it for a whole 2 minutes.

Sterling should have pulled the trigger with his first touch there...

I think City have a more clinical feel to their play, they could clinch the game with one chance, but we are more fluid
