FC Barcelona has announced that Dani Alves has accepted its proposal for the renewal of his contract, which expires on June 30 of this year. The new agreement binding both parties will be for a further two seasons, through to 30 June 2017, with the option of a third additional season.

Glad it happened. Alves still has 1 or 2 more years in him.

What crap ? He said he doesn't feel appreciated and to some extent it is true. He was great for us since signing from sevilla.

I'd have explained him he is not in his prime and given a cut in his huge wages, i'd never let him go.

He was a beast for these past few months. Totally deserved a new deal, he didn't just bitch to get it, he worked hard for it.
