After crashing out of the Champions League in midweek at the hands of Bayern Munich, Juventus’ season took another blow domestically last night as Serie A new boys Bari condemned Ciro Ferrara’s men to a 3-1 defeat at the San Nicola.

But Bianconeri President Jean-Claude Blanc has quickly moved to reassure the embattled Ferrara that his job remains safe.

“Ferrara will certainly stay put until the end of the season,” Blanc told Mediaset after the encounter.

“We have picked him for our future and we will keep working with him to build our team. It’s not part of our history to change coaches.

“I know that we fired [Claudio] Ranieri with two games left last season. But I made that decision in that case and I reckon it was key to regaining the second place.

“This team only need to find consistency and we will continue working with professionalism to prove on the field that we can do much better than what we have done so far.”

Juventus could fall eight points off the top today if Serie A leaders Inter defeat Atalanta in Bergamo.

Imo we should STICK WITH 4-2-3-1... so what if Amauri cries when he's alone.he does anyway... treze wont.. better for melo and diego too.. BACK TO IT! ofc some games go back to 4-3-1-2 to get del piero a place
