Ajax played like shit , and honestly this team could do better (i don't say they could beat real , but they could have put up a lot more competition).
But keep in mind that 1-2 random real madrid players would buy pretty much the entirety of the ajax selection , if ajax was able to keep the players they trained/produced over the last 10 years , you could probably make a team as good as real madrids.
