yep, that's a pretty sounds logic imo. The chances of me being a better manager than Pep are similar to me getting paid that amount to manage, the salary should reflect his capabilities as a manager and seeing as he has a vastly higher salary than his colleagues he should be able to achieve a lot more than them.
