Can't argue with that. Even if they aren't in their best form atm, Sevilla is definitely a solid team. Perhaps a top 10 in Europe, idk, but a solid one in any case.
It's just funny how they always choke in this round. And against underdogs too. The other two times they made it out of the CL groups they were ko'd by CSKA and Fenerbahce (also missing penalties along the way

) when they were expected to go through without too many problems.
If Sampaoli stays and they don't sell everyone again then I can totally see them breaking that "curse" soon though. They have the right foundation to build something similar to what Atlético has now or Valencia had 15 years ago.
