germany needs a decent manager, not one who's

- constantly sticking to his favourite players although he announced that only performance would matter
- changing his line-up because he's afraid of a decent opponent although he announced he wants to (and has the players to) make them play his game not the other way around
- too much entangled in politics and wanting everybody to like him instead of focussing on doing everything to win
- never able to admit to mistakes although they are obvious to everybody
- wasting a golden generation
