just don't get too arrogant. that dribbling from de jong (amazing player ofc) in front of his own box for example would have made be go berserk as a manager. you can't give your opponent a free goal like that, possibly getting them back into the game, completely unnecessary. other than that, outstanding...

not the fans, not you. you have every reason and right to celebrate, not judging at all. i'm strictly talking about the team and that one scene from de jong. just saying ajax shouldn't let that success go to their heads - keep focused and take your opponents seriously even when they seem beaten. no dribbling against two players in front of your box when it's completely unnecessary. i'm rooting for them, that's why i'm concerned...

Ten Hag, the current coach of Ajax (also a bald fraud like Pep ), coached the Bayern second squad when Pep was there. He basically did an apprenticeship under Pep's guidance, and is now applying that to the Ajax team (and talent). It had some major bumps in the road in the last few years, all without any glory, even though there were achievements like Europa League finals. I'm happy to see some great results, it's about time. Eredivisie also heavily needs more money and foreign interest (all the Mexicans playing here definitely helps, some PSV matches there are 6-7m Mexican viewers which is more than the entire Dutch viewership). Good CL results are necessary to get some more interest.
