his stiches will be removed in two weeks in a wound like that in the developed countries

BUT if his flesh is cut also, its a different story and ofc a longer recovery time

Choose the option thats most suitable for you.

Need the education of yours if you're able to see he's only out for 2 weeks. Muscles etc can be cut too.
