germany was disappointing today, but they're through.

i expect a much better showing against france. i think they kind of relaxed a bit today - they blew a ton of really easy chances. this had 5-0 all over it, but i think they were a bit too overconfident coming in.

Only an American or a football illiterate (maybe the same thing? oO) would have thought it would be 5-0. I knew it would be close and some others thought so too

That's why the spreads were -1.5 to -2 for Germany lol. I don't think a ton of people expected it to be this close. 5-0 is a huge stretch but 2-0 or 3-0 is pretty reasonable and it's honestly what I was expecting.
