He was nowhere to be found (as most of the time) so Pep subbed him off

Judging by the comments here, he seems spoiled a bit? wants bigger wages, throwing gloves, going out slowly and stuff like that etc..

ye, thats a good way to describe it
he has amazing skills and has his great games, but thinks that he can solve everything without sprinting or fighting
if that does not work he becomes invisible (and mad when he is subbed)

he needs someone to kick his ass
some english tackling should do fine

when playing in the cl he is completely different player btw, much more tention
but he does not take the league games seriously enough
