0-0, second half was more ours, but I can deal with a draw vs a strong Everton, one positive is a clean sheet!

Rigobert Song: "Alex isn't happy in Spain. At Arsenal he was a leader on & off the field. Not feeling involved in Spain is hurting him."

I would take him back any day of the week.

He wanted to step his career to another level but Barca never gave him the 100% full support he needed, if he were to come back he can work to take his place and eventually replace Arteta.
Plus it's underrated how big this guy can be in the dressing room

but did he seriously think he would fit into Barcas midfield?
I would also take him back no doubt
think it would be safe to say if he had stayed this year we would pretty much have a top 4 spot locked up already?

The thing about it was that it was a quick transfer, Barcelona most likely did a pep talk saying he could become one of the best midfielders etc because I know he would not have left just to sit on the bench.
And I'm not saying we would have gotten a top 4 easly with him, but you have to consider his contribution to the team the past seasons.
But even if he was a terrible player I would still want him back just so we can have him in the dressing rooms, this is another reason I also wanted Eboué to stay, these people can lift a teams morale so easly.
