i'm more concerned about (covid) security measures with 60k fans tbh. we've seen in hungary how all the protocols (masks, test controls) weren't worth the paper they were written on, and with the delta variant running rampant in england, it's probably a good thing not too many foreign fans will make their way into wembley and then back into the EU...
The variant is too transmissable to be stopped, and everyone vulnerable to the disease in England is either fully vaccinated or has been offered the vaccine by now. Within a month it will be causing major outbreaks in mainland Europe regardless, so we should just let the fans in
