Man, Zenit was a nice team to watch back when they won the EL but they play worse with every passing year dispite spending all that money.

Yeah... they have some big names, but the team plays horrid football. I hope some of their quality players move to teams where they can shine.

Zenit were tacticaly flawless in the first half today, won't take that away from them, but their offensive potential was wasted. In the second half they were absolute crap both offensively and defensively.

no one is trying to take anything away from serie a's performances THIS year. they have been very successful and even impressive at times. but the truth is that they have been utter sh*t in the last couple of years and if you're honest you won't deny that.
i think it's a good thing if serie a comes back strong actually. but one good year alone is not enough to make them better than leagues that have been outperforming them for many years now. so relax man and enjoy it while it lasts, ok?

Who would want to see Leverkusen instead of city or liverpool in CL? Not many.

liverpool is crap, while leverkusen made it to the last 16 in the cl
