Hey Irv, thoughts on tonight's game and the CL in general? Do you just feel like "fuck it, we need to focus on avoiding relegation" or do you feel like it's more important to focus on trying to make a good run in the CL since you don't know when you'll ever get the chance again, even if it's at the cost of focusing on your league objective?

Sevilla has a better team and is very solid at home, but they've always chocked in the round of 16 and this season they've had some very mediocre performances when they were expected to steamroll, so I think you have a chance of winning over the course of the two legs if you give your all.

Honestly, I think ranieri will start the same back 4 in the same 4-4-2 that has so far failed this season and we'll be comfortably beaten. But saying that, our performances so far in Europe (bar the porto game where we were through and sent the 2nd team out) have been a lot better than our league performances, so who knows. If we can beat man city when they have a bad day we can beat Sevilla if they don't show up.

I've been worried about this game for days, but now that it's here and I'm hearing about the thousands of city fans over there enjoying themselves, and I remember there are hundreds of thousands of jealous utd, pool, chelshit fans that would love to be in our position tonight then the more I'm beginning to enjoy it.

Potentially once in my lifetime I'm going to see us walk out into the last 16 of the best competition in the world, and there's only one thing that's certain, I'll be here screaming COME ON YOU FOXES!

Yeah, I do think you can cause an upset (although it isn't likely). Leicester reminds me of Pellegrini's Málaga. H2H they are similar in strength, and Málaga topped their CL group undefeated while playing brilliant football, and their league run was bad (albeit not as bad as Leicester's this season). In the end Málaga reached quarterfinals after beating EL champions Porto in the previous round contrary to what most people expected, and almost knocked out Dortmund in the quarterfinals (conceding the two goals that ko'd them in injury time). If Leicester do their best then everything is possible.

I was trying to ask (admittedly I wasn't too clear though) what you consider more important though... making a good run in the CL or avoiding relegation ASAP. As in, let's say a month from now, would you rather be in CL quarterfinals but in the relegation zone, or out against Sevilla and 8 or so points above relegation?
