sorry pozer but moyes saw a weakness in the man united squad and attacked it to great success.. Target man tactics are as old as the game itself and if the ' best team in the world' cant find and answer to such a simple way of playing the game then they have nowhere to look but at themselves.

Can't say I'm impressed by Everton.

You have always said rio need a replacement. He hasnt got enough games left in him at his age. Fergie knows that and had he actually focused on that in stead of bringing in rvp when you allready have top notch striking options the result may have been different.

dont get me worng rvp is a great capture but manu obviously lack depth in quality at the back and that needs fixing. moyes recognised that and adjusted his tactics to take advantage which is what any decent manager would do when up against a better oponnent.

dont blame moyes for beating a better side with superior tactics.

so many lesser clubs play that way, at least they try to play a fair game with minimal amount of diving, time wasting, hospital tackles compared to some others.
Moyes is a good manager, he can't exactly play "the beautiful game" with fuck all money.

What?! Everton have a fulham, villa level of income and no billionaire sugar daddy, where's this mythical money Everton is supposed to have.

They have enough money to about balance the books for maintenace and wages, not enough to compete on the transfer market.

Hardly shy spenders.
