Personally, I think it would be cool if they rotated more often, over the last few years it's almost always Bernabeu/Mestalla/Calderón... it would be nice to see the final held in other stadia. Anoeta wants it, they might as well give it to them, it's not that far from Barcelona any way.
In 2016, Atlético Madrid will play in Estadio Olímpico (OLYMPIC? WTF FAIL) de Madrid.
The real owner of the stadium is the village of Madrid, not Atlético. So it will be public. In my opinion, the RFEF should recomend every year this stadium, except if it is something like Barça vs Espanyol (Lluis Companys), or Betis-Sevilla (La Cartuja), or 2 valencian teams.
