Good thing is my gf has to get up at 4am every morning.
I have to get up at 5:30 myself.
Don't wanna wake her up so I either try to calm down or (which happens more often) don't play after 8pm^^

I never broke any and I play ut since 09 and fifa altogether since 97.
I just swear loudly and punch the air in frustration

I always hesitate with my controller in my hand mid-air and then throw something else ( having a pet bottle around great, don't really do alot of damage to anything)

I have a punching bag, last time I really raged i kicked it so hard and hit it with the tip of my toes that it hyper extended my foot and havent been able to play football over a month now -_-
