we finally signed a new player
darida from freiburg for around ~6-7 million
one of our biggest transfers in the last few years

seems like too much imo... he wasn't too great for freiburg, his 2nd half of last season was outright bad, why was he so expensive?
also, where do you think he'll play? assuming hertha stays with their 4-2-3-1 the offensive mid should clearly be stocker, right? can darida play the defensive part? certainly not better than your captain lustenberger and you still have skjelbred and hegeler (who i actually rate higher than him)...
so maybe just a backup for 7 mio.?

i just read we pay 3,5 right now and more later ( dont know how much )
he should play cdm and he should easily play everygame
hegeler was one of our worst players last season and lustenberger just played so much because he was / is captain

not sure
if cigerci is on 100% he is our best cdm
but i trust in dardai he will choose the best squad

btw i think daride could play CAM too. with stocker at LM it would be ok

oh right, i completely forgot cigerci, what happened to him? he was a decent talent iirc. is he injured all the time?

anyway, really a shame hegeler didn't work for you - maybe playing him as cb and cdm wasn't the best idea ever... i really liked him at nuremberg and especially at leverkusen when he played attacking mid...

also, i'm glad you took allagui back, he just doesn't work for us. even though we haven't found a replacement for okazaki yet i'd rather have niederlechner play than him tbh...

cigerci was injured and after playing 78 minutes last season he got injured again
hegeler did ok as cb but he would be our 3rd or 4th cb now - when he played cdm / cam / rm he was just too slow and lazy to help our game
im happy we got allagui back since schieber is injured a lot ( still injured ) and kalou is too inconsistent
too bad allagui is out for 4 weeks too <_<
