I don't get that at all. Him and Milner were just doing sideways passing all game which is why we didn't create enough. MOTM was probably that Janssen guy who pressed the fuck out of our midfield and scored their pen

Got it for his defensive work. Couple of good blocks/clearances etc.

Still has a lot more to give offensively when he shakes the first games nerves, didn't do an awful lot wrong though.

Was Janssen his first gmae too. Goal and an assist. Motm material right there but who cares that much about friendlies with wrong squads

1st goal was a fk by calhanoglu, not much to do about it.

2nd goal our keeper passes the ball to Turan and gets chipped

We had a few real nice breakthroughs by arnautovic but apart from that one goal he could never find anyone in the box

Pretty sure keeper only played because he has turkish roots. Hes not our no. 1 -.-
