if Mourinho decides to use Essien instead of a youthsquad player as a LB, people are going to be soooo mad lol

mourinho doesn't like him as RB

he started off as a CB actally, it was Schuster in Madrd and Aragonés in the national team that converted him into a RB (he had already played a few times in that position for Sevilla though)

I think Essien will play on the right, but with Mourinho you never know

Actually, I don't remember if he was better as a CB or RB but I know he was very good as both

I don't remember seeing him in that position. I'm not fond of him as a RB, so the idea of seeing him play on the left side doesn't really excite me.
