How is Fred not sent off for that?

shocking by PE teacher to leave Fred on after he got away with that. he was going to get a 2nd yellow no matter what! and ironically he got it by winning the ball
that said doesnt excuse Martial missing sitter after sitter

What load of shite, of course we'd fuck it up after winning first two, beat your mortgage on RB next time round.

There'll be many games Solsksjaer will look at back with shame and regret when he's sacked but the defeat against the Turkish refuse collection technicians might just be the lowest ebb of his reign.

True but fucking state of Peredes ffs, have some self respect man.

Going down on the floor like a bitch, rolling around for good measure and then sitting down on the pitch for 5 minutes like he's struggling to recover from a concussion

Ole single handedly threw the game away there, remember the yanited spurs game when Mourinho took Lamela off at HT to avoid the heat? Stevie Wonder would have seen Fred needed coming off at HT

PSG are jokes though, sometimes it's hard to tell if they're a football team or an acting troupe

I really wish the official rules would be that it's a yellow card. Paredes was a bitch to go down.

fully agree on psg being a band of flopping bitches, but that still was a red on fred. not only that, the yellow for paredes later was also a fred foul, definitely worthy of another booking. ironically, when he finally got sent off, he actually played the ball first.

that said, this game perfectly illustrated the difference an actual manager can make. when psg looked like they struggled with their original game plan, tuchel made two crucial subs and changed their shape and approach - meanwhile lolskjaer left a player, who was clearly only a wrong step away from a sending off, on the pitch.

To the diffence of Solksjaer, there actually have been a fair few matches where he made the correct substitutes in order to change the game.
Last night was not the case however.

It's clear for everyone to see Solsksjaer is holding the team back but Woodward won't sack him until we hit a terrible run of results that makes Solsksjaer's position untenable as it'll be another blemish on Woodward's record of managerial appointments.

We're stuck in this seemingly never ending cycle where the team is underperforming on the pitch and Solskjaer pulls an amazing result out of nowhere when he's under pressure, rinse and repeat.
