It's true, nothing sells papers and clicks better than stories about Man United, the more negative the better.

Latest character assassination of Rashford by DM is quite something, how dare he campaign for free meals for school children, he should be giving allhis money to the cause :fume:

52% of this country really are gullible, thick and racist morons.

ah yes the famed guy who works his way up just so he “can give it all away to charity” because he is charitable

so he bought 5 “luxury” homes for 2 million combined. avg price = 400k

not sure if that qualifies as luxury in Manchester, but in a lot of cities/suburbs in America that usually is quite a nice home, but definitely not luxury. not unexpected a millionaire would own multiple of them

It's fucking stupid really. Not sure how anyone can be pissed at him for putting money into property when the stock market was so volatile. UK property probably one of the safest long term holds in the world. Shows he's got his head screwed on right.

Considering the amount of stories you hear about ex-players being skint after retiring, or having major gambling or drink/drug addictions I'd say well done Rashford. If I was in his position I'd be doing the exact same thing, as would the vast majority of others.

media loves to target United players. they hounded Beckham all the time way back when. Tried to run CR7 out of England in 2006 after the WC. Rooney’s contract and ambition dispute in 2010 turned into a circus where he was “for sure” joining City when SAF/Rooney/City all said uhh no that’s not happening.

this year they’ve been on Rashford because he wants to ensure low-income families get school meals for children. lol how can anyone be against that

because its a policy that was supposed to be temporary, not permanent
because they already have tons of welfare programs and don't need another one
because its forced redistribution of wealth and wrong
because it further increases dependence on government
because the kids aren't actually starving without this new policy, its an appeal to emotion.

because integrity is more important than avoiding criticism from ignorant and vile leftists.

The British people would rather redistribute money from our own pockets to meals for schoolchildren than the littany of wasteful shit the government spends money on. It is one of the few areas we have near universal public agreement that we want our money going on this, particularly during a pandemic when more families will be pushed into poverty and some will inevitably slip through the cracks of various welfare schemes, like some self employed people have done. The relative cost of the scheme is pennies as well.

I also like how you know every single child is the country isn't starving as well, you must have Cerebro on underneath that tin foil hat.

NPC reaction

Can you come up with an argument against those reasons? Why do you think they are bad takes?
They are all legitimate reasons to oppose the policy.

You appear to be a non-thinking individual.

'its popular' and some collectivist nonsense doesn't refute anything I said. I did not deny it was popular in that country.

Everything I said was true and legitimate. They are several of the reasons to oppose the policy.

Hear hear.

For all the decent schemes the government has put in place to try and get money to the people that need it, some are unavoidably missing out and children, nor parents, should be punished for circumstances out of their control.

The cost of these meals is fuck all. Government spent more supplying people like me 50% off a t-bone earlier in the year ffs.
