I guess I just really like Bale as a player, loan move with option to make it permanent would be pretty prudent as he either proves he's still got it or returns to Madrid at the end of the season, of course he'd have to lower his wages which is an issue as the club vowed not to ever break the salary structure like we did for Sanchez.
i do like Bale as a player, i just think Perisic is the more prudent move. Bale is a matchwinner yes but i think United are lacking more in creativity and depth and definitely wing play.
and reports now are saying Jose wants him at Spurs
Now if Bale comes cheap and whatever then okay fine, get him in. I just dont see it happening. Plus Utd are in negotiations with Madrid already for Regullion the LB so it could get tricky. I don’t think the bad blood from the fax machine has fully faded
this is a funny summer its like 2013 with Utd chasing Bale, Thiago, and someone from Dortmund

Whatever happened to signing grealish?
his goal to save Villa made his pricetag 2.5x. Feel a little for him as he’s now effectively blocked from a big move unless they go down and he’s already 25 but he just got paid so he’ll live
i think he would have been a great addition at like 30-40M but not 80M lol
his accent is hilarious though, but you can kinda understand him unlike Rooney or SAF
