the weather's not awesome like in spain for instance, but the summers are nice and the winters are soft.. the days are relatively long too
if you make minimum wage here you can still even go on far holidays without too much trouble! the social health care is really good!

i can actually say that i'm proud to be dutch, or at least to be living here... i mean look what this country accomplishes over and over, for such a small dot on the globe (for instance the US got silicon valley while we got Eindhoven -a city with just 100k habitants- which is exceeding silicon valley anytime soon if not already, we got Wageningen which is leading at biological studies, we are in the top at several sports globally because you can play just about any sport in any village for cheap, the infrastructure is insanely good!, i can go on and on)

the biggest problems we face here are that sinterklaas' -something similar to santa claus- helpers (called black pete's) always were black and it makes people flip the racist card every year atm... they're even trying rainbow petes now, but those people still find ways to flip that same racist card -.-
