Seriously though, imo the main contenders are: Germany, France, Spain and Brazil. Not necessarily in that order. I agree that it's going to be one of the most balanced WCs in a long time, but still I'd be surprised if any other team won it. These 4 teams seem to be at least a steo above the rest imo, but the superiority of the top teams above the rest isn't as huge as it may have been in the past few WCs. Germany doesn't look as superior as they did 4 years ago, France is pretty inconsistent, Spain has only a few players that are playing consistently in the starting XI, and Brazil depends a bit too much on Neymar.

It would be a surprise if anyone else won the tournament, but I guess you can't rule out teams like Argentina or Portugal, which have the best players of the generation. If they perform at their best during the tournament (unlikely given their record in the national team, but I guess it's not impossible), they could carry their nations to glory. Belgium ain't that bad either... they had a really good qualifying phase, and considering that they now have the competitive experience they lacked 4 years ago and that they are much less overhyped (less pressure on them), they could at least make a deep run.

We have Martinez as a coach, so we have 0 tactics. Wouldn't count on us to have a deep run tbh

Look at the men behind the 2 finalists of the last 5 or so WCs and tell me how many of them were tactical masterminds. Tactics are definitely important and can make the difference, but when it comes down to just 7 intense games in a short period of time, having someone who can keep the team together, motivated, confident and focused is usually the most important part.

Don't think he's the man to do that tbh, he refused to call up Nainngolan which caused a divide between him and the fans, and now De Bruyne said in the press the tactics are shit.

I see. Just didn't seem like that given Belgium's performances in the qualifiers.

We had to play against REALLY easy opponents, but in our friendlies when we have to play against teams like Mexico and Japan we struggle. Could be the fact that those are just friendlies but I'm not sure.

I'll be happy if Mexico makes it to the 5th game to be fair.

Only teams I see winning it is Germany, France, Brazil, and Spain.

Not triggered, I´m just telling the truth.

Every betting site and statistic will tell you the same , Germany and France are the big favourites

You do realize milk is a random supporter? What he says literally doesn't mean anything. Belgium will contend and give the big teams a go (unless The best player in the world gets injured)
