Same as before. With a new squad battle bullshit. Seems like a week long league against ai's and you get rankings and rewards (though lower) like the weekend league.

Bring back indoor '98 5 a side, make a faster paced alternate weekend league out of it with rotating league requirements ??? Profit.

Only thing stopping me preordering the game is that I don't want to commit to 40 games every weekend. 5 minute long 5 a side matches would have me hooked, these 15-20 matches are too much.

i guess we just have to wait for more informations about the weekend league etc

This is why I didn't play fut. too much time.
They should make it max 20 games

Do you guys enjoy playing against the AI?

I guess everyone has their tastes, but I think it's really, really boring and frustrating. At the hardest difficulties at least... I often beat them, but I barely get any chances... the computer just passes the ball around, and during the rare instances I have the ball there's a good chance they'll recover it quickly.

I remember the hardest AI in FIFA 07 and earlier versions... the difficulty came down to the AI defending well and having an insane keeper, and it was them who would barely get any chances and punish you greatly with them. It was more fun imo, because you could actually have the ball most of the time.

I love the rubber banding the AI provides
When I beat it, it feels so good knowing they are cheating and you still won
When I lose, ofc the game is cheating so fuck this bs -_-

The few times I play FuT, it'll be vs. a player
I only face AI offline in any game
