Give Pep a low-mid table team without huge amounts of cash to spend and you'll probably see :)

Pep's a good coach, but i think he gets more credit than he deserves

or without world class already available and he would be relegated

Based on what?

Won the Europa Cup (now league) and Champions league in the following years with Porto. Made all his teams perform very well. Won the champions league again with Internationale. Pep get's rated because of the superb Barcelona he recieved. While let's be fair here, the Bayern he recieved was no slouch either and he didn't manage to win the Champions League with them. I rate Mourinho higher than Pep, at least for now.

You saw what Tata Martino did with Barca? Or Vilanova? Why couldnt they repeat his success?

Mourinho had a super Real Madrid too, but most of the times he lost against Barca, he wasnt able to win the CL with them, even with "better", more expensive players for sure.

Vilanova won the league dispite spending 3 months in NY trating his cancer... I don't think he was a great manager, but he didn't have a bad spell at the club.

Martino did fail, but tbf he faced a hostile environment with the fans and press rejecting his tactics and the club not supporting him. Meanwhile Pep is allowed to do whatever he wants and the press will always talk about him as if he's a some sort of messiah.

All this might be true, to be honest i believe that its true.

But its not that easy to manage such big clubs as barca real or bayern

As opposed to the real genius, Mourinho, who never promoted shit and has spent arguably 2 billion to get 1 champions league.
