Love those people with their double-standards. First they claim about the high transfer-sum of Pogba, yet they bring the "market-value" as an argument for team strength. You see, value has nothing to do with str, dex or vit xD of a player.

The value of a player is what the buyer is willing to pay. And if the football-business gives these amounts of money, they can reinvest it in future-players. It's a bit of a gamble for the buyer but most likely, the buyer of pogba will make + in every aspect (money, name recognition, maybe sporting success). Football has become more a business game than a sport.

I hear people claim about this circumstances everywhere. But they read football news every day, all are gaming fifa, they have several shirts etc.. They are feeding the troll they are claiming about.

since you dont accept successes of a team like bayern in the last 7 years.. i tried to stoop to your level. thats the reason why i posted this argument.
usually if a team does not have many expensive players.. its not a good team compared to teams which have those expensive players.. the market value of a player is adapted to his skills and talent.. if a player proofs his skills.. it would increase his market value.. many juve players did not.. or did it more mediocre.

nope it doesnt.. but he might become a great player.. so many clubs want him.

juve ended second in their group.. a top team would reach the first place.. right? the fact that they showed a ''good'' game against bayern has nothing to say.. bayern even failed against benfica.. or real madrid lost against wolfsburg.
by the way.. juve had 25% possession against bayern in 120 minutes and much less chances.. if juve is much better it should be the other way around.. right?

as i already said.. a top team has to be good constantly.. and there is no other team except bayern real and barca.

Barca and real have quite a few players whose market value are overrated just because they play for them.

And looking at 90 mins of juve-bayern, juve was the better team. First half should have been 3-0 if the ref didn't mess up, and most likely game over.

well, to be fair juve could have kicked us out last season
they had more scenes at 0:2 and the third goal would have been game over

while not being in the top 3 they still are one of the top teams in europe

Juve destroyed Bayern in their stadium in first half. Like Bayern destroyed Juve in their stadium in the first half (i annother way, more possession). In the end, it was "lucky" for bayern to score the equalizer, say thx to evra and allegri

Market value has to do with the age of a player, not only the quality. Look at the English national team and you will see it.

I agree that the top 3 still are real/barca/bayern

then comes for me atletico/juve because of their solid ass defenses

while appreciating the first half of juve in the second leg you forget two things
the disallowed goal was before juves 0:2 who knows how that could have gone
and second, bayern completely battered them in the first game and for the remaining second leg

with the new signings i am sure juve will make a deep run in the cl

yes.. juve could have.. benfica also could have.. even a amateur club could beat bayern.. thats football.. but it was not my point.

if a amateur club wins against barca.. it would not mean that they are better than barca.. to be a top team you need to be good constantly.. also you need to play attractive football.. and you wont if you parking the bus with 25% possession.

but atletico and juve are good constantly (last 2-3 season were very good for both clubs) and they park the bus only vs a few teams in a few games, but probably you saw only the games vs bayern and are biased by your biased media.

you with your "parking the bus" arguments all the time. German sport-media is very aggressive on this point, while sport media of other countries accept this shit as a part of the game.
