I'd go with:
Aduriz - Pedro
Iniesta - Thiago
Koke - Busquets
Alba - Ramos - Piqué - Carvajal
De Gea
Morata - Borja Bastón / Alcácer - Nolito
Isco - Cazorla
San José
Azpi - Albiol - Victor Ruiz - Mario
Casillas
3rd keeper could be Sergio Rico, but it doesn't really matter.
We have so many good RBs... I didn't even include Bellerín, Coke or Juanfran; all of which would make it to most squads in the tournament.
I could sacrifice Nolito for another central midfilder (Sergi Roberto or Fábregas perhaps).
Del Bosque is going to pick a very different team to mine though... he's going to make ridiculous callups like Nacho and Bartra, he'll probably pick Casillas over De Gea, and he will leave out players many of the players that are in top form, etc.
edit: I know the positions in my bench lineup look a bit weird, don't pay too much attention to that; I was just trying to fit the backup players I'd call into an eleven.Roberto is called up ? are you fucking kidding me ?
Fabregas had 1 good game literally whole season.
Carvajal ? LOL
wtf

Morata's scoring record this season has been far from good though. I want a leading striker that guarantees goals.
On the contrary. Despite being used mostly as a sub (something he should not be as he is best striker in the juve squad), he made an impact in almost any game he was introduced.
Quality player imo. Decent speed, decent control, decent movement both on and off the ball, hell even headers. If he keeps this up, he'll be over Kareem in notime (althoui i appreciate Benz a whole lot)
He should be a starter before anyone else imo.

Löw's 23 will most likely not include Schmelzer, Durm or Weigl from Dortmund. He'll go with Antonio Rüdiger, Emre Can and probably even one of Rudy/Volland/Kimmich.
He'll also leave out one of Trapp/ter Stegen in favor of Zieler.
If Schwenisteiger's injury has healed by then, he'll take the spot of Volland/Rudy/Kimmich. Since I do not consider any of them ready to play for the national team yet, might as well be Schweini. Otherwise I'd hope for his injury to take him out over the summer, even though he's done so much for Germany...
Schmelzer is very limited and declined a lot since 2013. Durm is shittier than Kevin and still has rookie mistakes almost every single game (and not a single one), Weigl has been solid this season but its too early to say - 2nd division player.
Trapp is meh, alternating good/bad games while ter stegen has been an absolute embrarassment for barcelona and has only slighty picked himself up lately. Not deserving the bench.
Schweinsteiger is 2-3 years past it, Pep had such flair in letting him go.
