when the time comes you'll feel who you root for. i don't think anyone could really make a convincing argument here that actually makes you like a certain team so much that you will support it even if you "naturally" favour another team.
that being said, if germany gets eliminated i'd probably root for one of the underdog nations that never won a euro: ireland (should they qualify) because of their amazing supporters and fighting spirit, iceland just because it would be a great story if a country of that size actually won a major tournament or maybe even england just for the reason that they would be less jealous and hateful after finally winning something...
amongst the favourites i don't really mind any team winning. i like the spaniards for teaching the world successful football can be pretty (although i have to say your dutch boys came very close to that a couple of times over the last decades), the italians for their tactical approach and showing you don't need the best players to be a good team, the french for their insane player quality and the belgians well, for being belgians - who can really hate on them, they never did anything significant that would justify hate (except from congo) - and they are a relatively small nation with an insane amount of talent in the current generation...
actually the only team i really would NOT like to win is turkey...
Your hate for the Turks makes me laugh every time. And I know it will come naturally, and im pretty sure I will watch most of Belgiums games anyway. As for a team winning Im almost always for the underdog. It just makes the better story and the victory even better.
IDK about the French tbh. They still don't feel like a team to me. Just as Belgium somehow still strikes me as a bunch of good players trying to find their way if you catch my drift.
