the way i see it, the english clubs have no idea where to put all their fucking money and pay any price without haggling

chelsea, city, united and maybe also liverpool are willing to pay 30 mio for any guy who has two legs and can run straight
even lower sides spend like 15 mio out of nowhere for a guy you never heard before
that leads to the whole of europe giving anyone a 30 mio price tag hoping that he is bought for that joke amount

other clubs pay huge amounts as well like real, but not on a regular basis like city
