I'm not back tracking at all, still stating the same as before.
1. It is true, it absolutely is true, I'm still sticking to that
2. All my black friends steal, that is a fact you cannot refute.
3. Statistics will show theft is more common among blacks or 'African-Americans" - again still a fact.
Where did I ever say that "Africans steal because their skin colour is black, the blackness and amount of pigments in ones skin determines the likelihood of wanting to steal" ? you seem desperate to shove that down my throat.
The question wasn't "why" people steal it was "who steals" - and in this case it happens to be African Americans hence the stereotype/joke.
If you had asked me why black people often steal I'd give you the reasons Dro94 stated
