how come arsenal is in "bombo" 1 and not third?

I mean, that's good for Arsenal rly!
But City and Liverpool finished above us in the league and should be the two teams who's having it easier

Because we have done consistently better then them. its uefa not fa they base it on.

don't think the top teams from the first 2 pots will have problems qualifying
pots 3 and 4 are quite weak this year
