He has to make do with whatever they give him..he has to play their cantera players and has no influence over who goes and stays...he's like a bitch compared to other coaches...very shitty job if you ask me

imho RM can play 4-3-3 with 2 defense midfielders one very offensive and 3 forwards 1 as a central 2nd is Ronaldo which loves to be everywhere and challenge every1 3rd could be Benzema/Higuain

There is truth to that, Perez and Valdano remove lot of his power. For his good, Ronaldo and RVN better come on fire to help him with the situation.

Seems like a bunch of warm weather fans if you ask me.
This is a completely new look madrid from coach to players, starts off good enough but of course you might drop off.
