The problem is that, if we look at the squads, you culd argue that the other 3 teams look better on paper (even if the differences aren't huge). You would probably not only need to be competitive, but also that the rest of the teams need to underperform ( or at elast 2 of them).
It's not easy... the league is a season long competetion after all, so form often tends to even out to match the squad's potential over time.
I wouldn't say there's no chance of Man Utd finishing in the top 4, but it's just not the most likely outcome imo.
I wouldn't say any of the best of the rest are head and shoulders above other three, perhaps Spurs have a slight advantage, but they're in complete disarray at the moment.
Arsenal can't defend and they're the definite definition of one man team at the moment in PEA, Chelsea blow hot and cold, even we beat them 4:0

As it stands, there's no chance of us finishing in top 6, let alone CL places.

man utd supporters doing everything but support.
we're laughed and ridiculed by rivals, pundits, journalists and our own fans.
Fans shouldn't accept incompetence and mediocrity blindly, just because the manager is a legend of the club.
I reckon after tomorrow after another negative result, this time against Newcastle, the penny will drop and the tide starts to change.
