Not sure on how many teams there are in Hamburg but in here OHL is the only team in Leuven :p

well i'm sure there are hundreds of clubs in and around hamburg but only two (more or less) "big" ones.

and as long as you're not fan of a direct rival i don't see why you wouldn't support them but fair enough, ampoo said his pride is with his own club so whatever. there is so much i don't understand in terms of football "fans" in this forum so this is just one more thing.
just found it strange that's all...

that being said, i don't even know who to root for. on the one hand, hamburg is the last remaining founding member of the bundesliga that has never been relegated so for that reason alone it'd be "sad" if they lost the relegation, on the other hand they really do not deserve to play in the bundesliga if you look at how much money / history / reputation they have and then look at how terrible they played this season. and karlsruhe is a club with a good bundesliga history (unlike ingolstadt for example) and they'd definitely deserve it...

It's the same situation with Aston Villa tbh. From what I can tell Hamburg need to have a real wake up call and perhaps going down a division might be that call.
Then again it can turn a whole new way and end up being like Leeds United.

relegation game first leg
hamburg again stealing a lucky point from nowhere

karlsruhe the better team in all aspects, hit the woodwork twice and gave a pen away when the player didnt take it

their luck is FUCKING unbelievable

well they were lucky not to concede that 2nd goal there i agree but to say karlsruhe was the "better team in all aspects" is not a fair assessment.
hamburg had their chances too, had overall more control of the game and tried to dominate it (as they should being the 1. bundesliga team playing at home). so apart from the "what ifs" (not only what if karlsruhe scored instead of hitting the crossbar but also what if olic's header in the 3rd minute went in, what if lasogga's shot in the 1st half went in...), the draw is a relatively fair result imo...

they "dominated" like bayern sometimes, playing the ball between the center backs......useless possession and embarrassing performance on the ball
hsv is such a shit team and was outclassed

at the end hamburg had some pressure, when ksc players were tired

"karlsruhe better in all aspects" and "hsv outclassed", huh? it wasn't good or pretty to watch how they played but again, it's not like karlsruhe was better - but i don't expect you to see / admit it since this seems to be one of your stubborn emotional affairs when your bias gets the better of you...

well, there is still the monday match and karlsruhe might be slight favourites now with the draw at hamburg...

not sure if serious
karlsruhe has actually some players who can keep and distribute the ball in midfield
very good play on the wings

hamburg kicking the ball into nowhere like amateurs
there were like 2 dozend scenes when they couldnt complete a 5 meter pass without pressure or passed it where absolutely nobody was

you are doing this just to argue....
