The performance was actually quite poor, never looked like scoring against 10 men either.

Solskjaer and his tactics have already been worked out - the team is wholly set up for counter attacks, so if the opposition sits deep, barring a moment of brilliance we won't score, double up on Pogba and there's zero creativity in the team.

Also I can't be bothered to go through last season's results, but think it's now 1 win in last 9 and 3 in last 18 or something like that.

you actually paid a world record £28.1 million for Veron.
Then broke the record on rooney.
Ferdinand, Berbatov and the likes also costed you shitloads.

The "united" way

Glad to realise i know more about your club than an actual fan.

I was more talking about investing in youth. United have always purchased promising youth talent and created them into better players, with a good mix of academy products. Current academy products in the united first team are as follows: Rashford, Greenwood, Chong, Gomes, Garner, Lingard, Pogba, Peirera, Fosu-Mensah, Tuanzebe, and McTominay. 11 is a pretty good number for a top club in England. I wouldnt mind seeing what the other "big six" have in terms of that number.

You could argue Mourinho was a more attacking manager than Solskjaer

You probably wouldn't be wrong, the main difference is Jose used to instruct the team to drop back when we're ahead, while Solskjaer keeps on pushing for another goal, which often backfires - I don't think we were ever under as bad of a run as 1 win in 9 games under Jose.

the problem isnt LVG, Jose or Ole, the problem is players, you missing top quality ones.
Rashfort, Lingard and co are just good to play for West brom or Fulham.

Hardly, look at Liverpool - Robinson, Van Dijk, Wijnaldum, Lallana etc - all signed from mid to lower table clubs and improved immensely under Klopp - who's the last player who enhanced his reputation after joining us, De Gea?

Clearly man management and coaching are the issues.
