Alright I'm well rested so now I can give my honoust opinion.

First of all, hats of to Wales. They played incredible and showed that a strong team spirit can beat anyone. Ramsey was simply incredible last night.

As for our tournament, I'm very dissapointed. We played great vs Ireland and Hungary but terrible vs Italy, Sweden and now Wales (even tho we started great).

It's fair to say its time for our coach to step aside, he has done great work bringing the team together, but we need someone who is more experienced and has that tactical mindset. The whole country is against him which is not right in my opinion since he did get us to where we are.

He had to gamble with Denayer and Jordan Lukaku and it didn't work out, if we had our normal defence I'm quite confident we could have won it.

tl;dr, Belgium didn't perform, but Wales were excellent and I'll be rooting for them to continue that.

Bring the team together?

Look at the names in that squad, the quality they posses. They should easily outmatch Wales, let alone Sweden. There's definately nothing good about the coach

Look at where that team was before he took over, nowhere near today..

He brought the players together and formed a bond, something that often gets forgotten how important that is. Like I said Wilmots lacks in tactics but he has the talent to bring players together.

Quality =/= playing well.

That's pretty shallow to look at it that way.
Let me remind you that De Bruynes girlfriend cheated on him with Courtois, and that Hazard hated the belgian staff, Hazard and De Bruyne couldn't play together since they were too similar, Mignolet was our no1 keeper before Wilmots arrived, Origi was nowhere etc

He did more than people realize, but now he needs to leave and let a tactical genius take his role

We didn't look like a unit because we werent. We don't have a big leader other than Kompany (and perhaps Vermaelen)
